Objective:
To help client to promote how living quality enhancement through innovative and technology, and leads to a more livable and sustainable city environment.

The Competition comprises drawing, writing and application design, to invite participants to share their ideal living in Hong Kong. There are 3 groups in the competition, i.e. primary school students, secondary schools students and open groups. Competition has invited 20 judes, includes　政府資訊科技總監辦公室總系統經理(產業促進)胡靜怡女士, 恒生管理學院副校長（學術及研究）許溢宏教授, 中華電力有限公司市務及發展經理梁永工程師 etc., Ming Pao and their representatives.
